To sign up for an account, download the app and search for your healthcare organization or go to your healthcare organization’s M圜hart website.When accessing your account from a computer’s web browser, you will select the Symptom Checker through the Health Icon and under Medical Tools in the dropdown menu, click on Symptom Checker.
